This study was carried out to determine the effect of family relationships on behavioral problems seen in children in the 7-12 age group. Within the scope of the research, the effects of family dynamics, harmony and conflict levels between parents, on children were investigated socioeconomically and demographically, and in this context, the research results were interpreted from a multidisciplinary perspective. The main purpose of the study is to examine the impact of healthy family functions on children's behavioral and emotional development and possible risk assessments. Research, St. On behalf of Clements University, Prof. Dr. Derya Berrak and Prof. Dr. It was carried out by me, under the chairmanship of Kürşat Şahin Yıldırımer, on a file of 172 people, aged 7-12, attending public and private schools in Istanbul. Family Assessment Scale (FDS), Achenbach Child Behavior List (ACDL) were used as data collection tools in the study, and a Demographic Information Collection Form was used to collect social-demographic data. The data obtained were analyzed using methods such as descriptive statistics, SPSS (26.0) and regression analysis and interpreted from a multidisciplinary perspective. The results of the study showed that there was a significant decrease in behavioral problems when functions were performed healthily in the family environment. In particular, factors such as strong and effective communication, problem solving, clear role status and emotional support in the family appear to strengthen children's social and emotional adaptation. On the other hand, it has been observed that conflicts within the family, low harmony between parents and disruptions in functionality increase behavioral problems in children. In addition, it has been determined that socio-economic status, education level and the environment in which children live have significant effects on family dissolution and child behavior problems. These academic results contribute to family investment, child psychology and educational content. In this context, the importance of studies on disseminating educational programs for children and improving communication within the family is clearly seen

Coverage of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) cases in Nigeria presents a complex ethical landscape. While transparency and accountability are essential, protecting individual rights and ensuring fair trials are equally essential. This brief explores the key ethical dilemmas journalists face when covering EFCC investigations. One challenge is to strike a balance between the public interest and the presumption of innocence. Defendants are often publicly named and cross-examined before trial, which can damage their reputations and compromise their right to a fair trial. Journalists must carefully assess the potential impact of their reporting on the lives and families of the defendants. Another ethical consideration is the risk of sensationalism and bias. Oversimplification of complex financial crimes can lead to misinterpretations and bias. Journalists should strive to be accurate and objective, avoiding sensational headlines and one-sided stories that could sway public opinion before a fair trial. Furthermore, reporting on EFCC cases often involves the disclosure of sensitive information, including financial details and personal relationships. Journalists should adhere to ethical standards by protecting confidential sources and ensuring the confidentiality of data. They should also be aware of potential conflicts of interest and avoid reporting on matters in which their impartiality could be compromised. Finally, the role of the media in the fight against corruption is important. While journalists have a responsibility to expose wrongdoing and hold authorities accountable, they must avoid perpetuating harmful stereotypes or contributing to a culture of fear and intimidation. Finding a balance between investigative journalism and the protection of individual rights is essential to promoting justice and fostering a transparent and accountable society.

Studies on translation skills and communication of Chinese minority-themed films among English-speaking audiences show that film critics are interested in the material and ecological culture presented in these films, while general audiences are interested in universal themes, topics with small cultural differences, and distinctive ethnic cultures. Investigation into the international communication shows that online platforms are the main platform for Englishspeaking audiences to watch Chinese minority-themed films, and “word-of-mouth recommendations” are an effective pathway for their communication. To improve the international communication effectiveness of Chinese minority-themed films among Englishspeaking audiences, it is necessary to expand distribution channels under favorable government policies, cultivate excellent film talents who can tell Chinese minority-themed stories well, and develop high-end translators who can effectively communicate these films internationally, thereby enhancing their international communication effectiveness.

Islam places significant emphasis on the welfare of orphans. Children who experience the unexpected loss of a parent often undergo psychological trauma, with their future prospects becoming uncertain. These children frequently encounter difficulties in meeting even their basic needs. Consequently, Islam exhorts its followers to provide care for orphans, enabling them to experience a life comparable to that of other children. However, the extent of concern within the Muslim community for orphans remains unclear. This study aims to investigate whether Islamic guidelines on orphan care are being implemented, specifically examining whether orphaned children are entrusted to their next of kin or reside in orphanages with rights equivalent to those of other children. To achieve the objectives of this study, an orphanage in the Eravur area of Batticaloa District was examined. Interviews were conducted with children residing in the orphanage and the institution's administrators. The research identified challenges faced by orphaned children and difficulties in managing orphanage institutions. This study analyses these issues and proposes potential solutions.
